Dr. Gokul Bora being one of the most renowned and acclaimed pediatricians of Assam, he is also the recipient of various prestigious awards.
He received the prestigious “Lifetime achievement award” in 2015 by IAP Assam in the field of pediatrics for his highest contributions for child health. This award has been received only by Dr. Gokul Bora which brings pride to the state of Assam.
In 2003, he was awarded Purbanshal Shishubishesagya Shiromani award in Bhubaneswar, which is one of the most respected awards which is given to a pediatrician. This award is conferred to Dr. Gokul Bora by IAP East zone Co-ordination Committee.
Dr. Gokul Bora received Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award in 2010 for meritorious accomplishments in diverse fields of activities which immensely contributed for the nation’s progress.
He was honoured with ‘Plaque of Appreciation’ by “13th Signature awards 2011”, the only make-up and hairstyle competition in India for medical advisory.
